Payment Policy

  • Prices are shown in euros (€).

  • All payments are processed through secure, certified third-party providers.

  • We do not store payment card details.

  • Services may be paused if payment fails.

  • Suspicious or fraudulent transactions may be declined.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only when:

  • The service was not provided

  • The service was incorrectly provided due to our fault

  • Duplicate/double payment occurred

Refunds are not issued when:

  • The client changes their mind

  • The service has already been completed

  • Delays or issues arise due to the client’s inaction

Refund Procedure

Include:

  • Full name

  • Email used for the purchase

  • Transaction ID

  • Reason for request

Refund processing time: 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider.
